Right then, I knew that I made the right choice. Charlotte's experience in film production comes to light in how she manages projects. While most contractors work in a linear fashion, Charlotte stacked the trades so the house was always buzzing with activity. Charlotte created an environment of comraderie – trades were given the opportunity to do what they do best.
