Believe it or not, this stunning Spanish Colonial Revival home was nearly a teardown, but instead of starting over, we rebuilt it from within, preserving its historic charm while completely transforming the interior. The lower level was opened up to create a seamless flow from the dining room to the garden, while the entire home was remodeled from top to bottom. We reworked the layout to reposition two bathrooms, added another full bath and a powder room, and designed a brand-new kitchen.

Now, this home is a perfect blend of old-world character and modern livability.
